Who'd a Thunk It?

Welcome to The Quarter's fourth anniversary issue! Can you believe it? Who could have imagined that those crazy kids from the Southern Wastes would still be at it, starting their fifth year of existence? And they said it was only a phase we were going through.

We realize that we may have offended a couple of thin-skinned people through the years, and for that, we're sorry those people feel that way. The people being lampooned told us they thought it was funny. It's all meant to be good clean fun.
