The Quarter's Web site runs on an Apache server, but no offense to Native Americans is intended nor should be inferred. All page content is painstakingly handcrafted by Swiss gnomes using primitive tools (stone knives, bearskins, Windows Notepad), tested for compliance to HTML and CSS standards, and then rigorously viewed with several modern Web browsers before the incompatibilities are finally ignored. All intra-site navigation links are generated automatically, so if something isn't working right, please email the Webminister and complain to him.
