SCA Haikus
by Lady Aikishihama Benwa

Late-night Pennsic drive:
Taillights become monsters' eyes.
Time for more caffeine!

LA la la la LAAAA la!
Miniscule portions
Of cous-cous and raw chicken:
Why do I buy feast?

A lady's burden
Shouldered by complete stranger:
True nobility.

My buttocks sleep on
As Evening usurps afternoon;
Court has not begun.

Bards sit 'round the flames,
Ancient ballads to perform.
Please, not the Moose song!

The Quarter - Chaos, panic, disorder... our work here is done.
