The Quarter's resident psychic, Lady Claire Voyante, makes this prediction:

"I see readers of The Quarter looking in vain for page 13. I sense that they are expecting more predictions like the wacky headline on the cover concerning Elvis winning crown lyst. They will wonder, 'Is this page 13? Why don't the articles on the cover have anything to do with the contents of this rag?' They will realize eventually that this paragraph is the extent of the predictions." (Wow, she's good!)
